BOOKING POLICY

• Guests are asked to confirm their likely arrival time 24 hours prior.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
• Accommodation is available from 2.00pm and check out is strictly before 10.30am on the day of departure unless the owners have personally made another arrangement with you.
• No additional guests are to stay overnight without prior arrangement. Visitors are to be off the property by 10:00pm.
• Please expect a three night minimum stay to apply on long weekends and a four night minimum stay at Easter and School Term Holidays (excluding Christmas Break). For Christmas Term Break (Dec 21st - Feb 1st), a 7 night minimum stay applies.
• Please note: the definition of 'midweek' will alter around peak period (i.e. public holidays) - e.g. Sunday night may not be included in special midweek offers.
• We do not accept bookings from adult 25 years and under.
• Strictly no schoolies.
• We do not cater for pets.

• A deposit of 50% is required within 3 days of making a booking to secure the reservation, with the balance due within 7 days of your check-in date.
• Payments can be made by cheque, credit card or by direct debit. Please contact us by phone to use card or banking facilities.
• The proprietors reserve the right to alter rates at any time, regardless of previously printed or advertised materials and will not honour out-of-date or inaccurately published rates.
• Current and correct rates will appear at all times at this site.
• Rate for single person bookings is as for two people.
• We reserve the right to charge the amended rate if more than the booked number of people are on the premises overnight.

• Notice more than 21 days prior to reservation - 15% of deposit.
• Notice between 21 - 7 days prior to reservation - 50% of deposit.
• Less than 7 days prior to reservation - Total deposit.
